I'm a former ELA teacher with a passion for learning that is equitable, student-centered, and joyful. I've lived in both the big city (New York) and the deep South (Mississippi) and can tell you plenty of fun stories about either. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, badly singing along to pop music, and taking trips with family and friends.
